Water gain

Anyone had water gain? Not just during that time of the month I mean.

Not really sure abou****er weight gain and I don't have a "time of the month" anymore but my weight fluctuates up and down 3 - 4 pounds. I have held steady at 165 - 168 for four months. I have even seen 170 back on the scale a time or two. I seen a glimpse of 164 one day lol.
