Good morning everyone!

I found myself yesterday starting to do the countdown of how many more days I have to work before I start my vacation for the rest of the year. EIGHT..and that includes today!! I don't think I go bac****il January 5th. Woo-hoo! This year was my 20th anniversary so I got two extra weeks. I'm going to miss that next year! lol. Bill & I are going to Nashville, IN the week of Thanksgiving...which is also the week of our anniversary. That's the only trip we have planned for while I'm off.

Well..can't say seven more days until I get this one at least started. You all have a good day today!

Hi Friends!!! How are you all doing today? I almost overslept by hitting the snooze, but managed to roll out of bed just in time to get to work on time. Phew!

I was getting so down, because I realized last week, my 3 year check up was on 12/2, and I was up 35 pounds!!! I am really getting back to basics --- fluids, protein, exercise. I have been tracking everything on Fitday. I have managed to lose 8 pounds in about a week (must have been retaining some fluids, it was around that time of the month.) Only 27 more to go to be back at goal. I am pretty sure I can't lose that in a month, but I'm going to see how much of it I can knock out.

I had a great workout last night, doing weights with my trainer. I'm not feeling it this morning yet, but I bet by this evening, my body will be yelling at me, LOL!

We are also getting ready to move in a month. We are not leaving TH, just in a new place here north of town. I really like the apartment we picked out. I'm excited about it. Although, I'm not looking forward to moving, but it'll be okay.

Wow Sherry that is wonderful a long vacation and Tennessse sounds wonderful..
Linda i hate moving but love the decorating you do as you move in  good luck and enjoy..
I am staying busy doing nothing..lol
I see the dr. tomorrow i geuss i messed my back up really good..So she doesnt want me back to work at all....
Well off to change the laundry

We're going to Nashville, Indiana, not Tennessee. Bill & I enjoy the quaint little shops there. There's also plenty of places for me to be able to sit and rest in-between shops. We're staying at a hotel there in town that has a kitchenette. We'll be there for Thanksgiving too. Not too sure about net connection there so may be incognito that week....what will my farms, fish tanks, yoville, gardens, cafe do????
