3 month diet/exercise program

Hi!  My insurance requires that I complete a 3 month dr. supervised diet/exercise program.  My appointment is on Tues. morning.  What can I expect with the 3 month diet/exercise program?  Can any of you tell me what  will happen at my first appointment?  Thanks!
