thoughts and prayers needed for my mom

about 15 years ago my mom lost part of her liver due to gangrene from an burst gallbladder. she has always had low liver function because of this. recently she was taken off of cholesterol meds because her liver function was worsening. she just got updated lab results and although her ldl and total cholesterol were normal, her triglyserides are shockingly high (over 500) and her liver function has decreased even more. her dr took her off of all pain meds and ordered a CT. the dr thinks her liver is shutting down. we arent sure how good of pictures they are going to get from the CT as my mom is extremely allergic to contrast dyes so those cant be used. her CT is scheduled for thursday. my mom is my rock and the thought of losing her is unbearable. no matter how bad the damage, she does not qualify for a transplant as she has lupus.

I lost my favorite aunt(mysecond mom) in June to her liver failing and her not quialifying for the list either.
