Sandy, what sizes do you need (feel free to send me a message). I'd be happy to "shop" for you when I'm there.

The church is on Bridgeport Road & Morris, just north of Washington St (Hwy 40) between 465 and Plainfield.

Rules.. No tears, or stains in the clothes.. they should be clean and ready to wear..
Non bariatric friends will wait for 15 minutes to shop to give the WLS people time to get their first choice.. Not a bad idea.. non surgery people still wind up with some great t hings... You can bring shoes and purses too.. some have brought wigs and books to trade and share if they want..

First there is a bariatric friendly pitch in, then when Robin gives the call to shop.. we shop..then help Robin clean up and put the tables back and re clean up the Sanctuary.

It is suggested and appreciated if people bring a bag on non parishables to donate to the church pantry for the needy.. They let us use the church for free.

Any and all attitudes are left outside the church door and everyone comes together in fellowship and friendship and support , laughter and FUN!!

Hope this helps to give you an over view of the day.

I just got a great recipe for buffalo chicken dip and I may try it with WLS friendly ingredients...or I'll go with my usual...shrimp.

I can eat as much as I want...I just don't want much.
I'm ashamed of what I did for a Klondike bar...
