Was in Owensboro, KY last night so I popped in Kroger to get some Carb Master yogurt (Troy calls it my Krogurt - teehee).  I got a nice surprise when checking out.  It's on sale: 3 for $1 this week!  I bought 21.  It's the best I've found.  I love the taste and it has a lot of protein.  Blackberry and cherry are my favs.

Stock up!

Hi,
I knew I would see you here soon. I'm the one you met at Casey's baby shower, I got a letter yesterday from insurance, and I was denied. The people from St. Marys said they was working on it for me. I just wanted to say hi. Yogurt Yeak!!! lololololololol
Have a good day!

They know how to handle these things.  Hope it's not too much of a delay.  Keep me posted!

Good luck!

How many grams of protein is in a 4 oz serving?  I buy the Oikos Greek yogurts and they have 11-13 gm per 4 oz, but are $3 for 4 containers.......just trying to decide my best buy here.......
a healthier me is on the way!

The carb master yogurt from Krogers has 12 grams protein in a 6 ounce container for 80 little calories. It is the only kind of yogurt I buy. I shop Krogers in Peru and they don't have a good selection at all. Sometimes vanilla, strawberry and usually peach. But if I go to Kokomo (I live 1/2 way between the two cities) I can get the other flavors that I really like, strawberry-banana, strawberry-pomegranate, raspberry, cherry, blackberry and the other ones that Peru carries. I think even at 10 for $4 is a good buy, only 40 cents a carton unlike other yogurts that are 50 - 75 cents each that have 100 calories and only 6 grams of protein.
