Can you post a link to the recipe you used for the Asian salad you served at your party?  I really liked it, but couldn't find the recipe online.  Thanks!!

I can't wait to do the won ton purses at home. Bill & I love that kind of thing. He won't admit to like sauces (and all that foo-foo stuff) but I can guarantee you that he'll like that peanut sauce too. When we go to Sandra's Rice & Noodle we get their egg rolls (which are only about 2" long and maybe as fat as a quarter) they serve it with a sauce similar to the peanut sauce and we really enjoy that.

BTW...thank you Shanna for being such a wonderful hostess. No one would had ever dreamed you had just moved in a week ago. Now..get some rest girl! You deserve it!! It was also nice meeting your mom and the cake lady! And of course, it was great seeing you, Christie, and Jana again!

Gosh...You ladies are the best.
I worked on more decorations last night and this morning. Got more halloween decorations out. I just love decorating.
here's the recipe for the Asian chcken salad...It is super easy.

2 tbslp. Splenda brown sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce. I used light soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/8 cup. veg. oil
1 can of manadrin oranges
1/2 can of premade asian style noodles
premade romaine lettuce ( bagged)

rottissere chicken ( I pulled off what i needed)
1 tbs. sesame seeds toasted
#1-#4..I wizzed up in my magic bullet
Threw the salad in a bowl put the chicken shredded on tap layered the noodles, oranges and then topped with sesame seeds and then poured the dressing on top 10 minutes before serving.

you could also put in water chestnuts or baboo shoots or sprouts would be awesome to for more flavors...or baby corns. Bella loves baby corns!

Thank you so much for those who attened and those who placed an order. I will be closing tuesday. so everything should be in by beg. of next week.
love and hugs
