Hi all! No one must be up early on a Monday! I am at work, and getting ready to dig in. My birthday is Saturday this week. I was thinking I didn't want to celebrate this year, but I'm actually starting to get a little excited about it. I found something I want for a present --- hot pink corduroy pants from the Gap. I have never owned a piece of clothing from the Gap before. That would be cool.

Starting to look forward to the clothing exchange too!

Linda, you know that your angel babies would love to see you in those hot pink corduroys!! As would I, wear them to the exchange.

Sandi, have a great time exploring Plainfield. If you get lost, call me.

As for me, I'm enjoying my first full day of freedom in the past week. We've been cooped up in the house because of my son having the flu. Too bad all I want to do is stay home! :)

Have a great Monday everyone.

Happy Monday all!

I am looking forward to this week.  Tyler's team is now down to tournament play and only have games on Saturdays.  So practices are down to 2 days a week.  I am starting to think there is light at the end of the tunnel and I will get my life back a bit.  I hope its not a train!  :)

I am still struggling with the last few pounds to make it to Dr. G's goal for me.  4 seems like a hundred all over again... but Iam not giving up!  I have had alot of struggles this last few months with trying to stay on plan.  Busy lives make it difficult sometimes.  But I promised myself I wont give up and I will make this work!

Hope you all have a great week.

Huge hugs,
Tracy

Good (albiet laate) Monday,

Linda, forsure you should celebrate your brithday. After everything you've been thru you darn well deserve those pants. Get them and wear them proudly girl!!!

Well, Matt got discharged early Sunday afternoon. We had to take an emergency visit to his PCP as the spot where they had inserted the heart balloon looked overly bruised and was swollen and lumpy. The doc ordered Matt to apply heat to the area after walking. Quinntin is just addoring the fact that daddy is finally home and that he can sit for hours on end on daddy's lap watching cartoons together. Matt even got on the floor and played cars/trucks for awhile with him. I felt so overwhelmed seeing them together. While Matt was in the hospital we got two gift cards from a set of friends from Special Olympics, well - I'm thankful we got them because when I went to the pharmacy to get Matt's heart meds the total was $170 even after insurance, I have no debt card or checks, it was sunday and the bank was closed. God has a funny way of looking after his children, doesn't he? So so thankful for all the prayers, thoughts, well wishes, and genorisity I've seen since Matt's heartattack.

Wednesday my big day with Dr Bergman. Big question - belly button or no belly button? So So excited. My Aunt from Michigan is coming down and staying a week or two to help us out. So thankful for that.

I start Chemo on the 15th. It's gonna be a stronger version then last time. I've been told I will loose hair this time. The only not explained to me is how often and for how long I have to have it. Guess I'll find that out on the 15th. I'm so glad and feel blessed that we found it early enough that I won't need radiation this time.

Well, time for me to go. Gotta go pick up Gage from a Best Buddies meet and greet. Then I can settled in for the night in the arms of my husband (Thank You Lord!).

Blessings
