YUM! My substitute for a seasonal favorite
Before our starbucks was closed, I looked forward to the fall/winter season for their pumpkin spice frap.
I don't get to enjoy this anymore as 1. Starbucks closed this spring. 2. I have had my surgery and would probably be very ill from my old favorite.
SOOOOO, this morning I decided to try to make my own at home. YUM!!!
Here's what I did:
2oz decaf coffee (brewed)
4oz vanilla unsweetened almond milk (use whatever milk you would like)
4 ice cubes
normal amount of vanilla protein powder
about 4 shakes of pumpkin pie spice seasoning (to taste)
~blenderized til all milk shakey~
served in a tall glass with sugar free cool whip.
My pouch is very happy at the moment.
