Wow is this week going by quick! That's ok. I want it to until Friday anyway! LOL!

It's so nice to see so many new faces posting. I'm hoping for some time this weekend to go through some profiles so I can try to get to know some of you. I do welcome each of you to the board..or to posting on the board if you are one who came out of lurkdom. For those of you still lurking? Oh come on and post. We don't bite! We may nibble now & then, but never bite.

Okay...gotta get going to work. You all have a wonderful day today!

Morning Sherri,

Good Day All,

Running a bout of insomnia today. I've dozed off quickly a few times but then immediately awoke back up. I'm feeling a lot of pressure on my feet. As if something hot and brilly was pushing on them, so I just could not find a comfortable way to sleep. Looks as if the two spinal blocks (one was a sympathetic block for my RSD & the other was a epi for my degenerative torn disc pain) are really working. I've gone from a 25microgram Fentynal patch and 10 Norco's (hydrocodine) & 3 1milligram of Ativan a day to 1 Ativan, no patches, and 4 norco's for break thru pain in my shins and toes. I, for the first time since 1998 can walk bare footed in my yard w/o pain. I'm waiting for CDI to contact me because I'd like to do another set of the shots to clear up the last little bit of pain to get me completely off of all narcotics. YES!

My appointment at the cancer center went great. The doc said he'd agree to send the okay to Dr Bergman for my surgery for her to be okay. He's also sending me to see a urologist  gynocologist as I've had a none stop bladder infection since my hysto (Feb of last year) and neither the surgeon for that procedure or my PCP seem to share my concern. I'm looking forward to meeting this specialist and hope that I can be fixed enough not to have to wear depends anymore.

It looks like my year is gonna end with all my health problems finally being dealt with and/or fixed. Thank you gracious Lord!

My thoughts and prayers are still there for those of you who have posted about  your health problems. May the lord and our voices bring you positive and speedy resolutions.

OH... BTW - the Oncologist said that being in remission as long as I have now that if I can stay that way for a total of 5 years I'll be considered CURED not in remission. AND - he said at this point the likely hood of me getting any type of cancer is less then 20%. PRAISE THE GOOD LORD!!!!

Okay I'll stop rambling about me.

Should be a good day today so make sure you get some time outside and enjoy mother earth before father time speeds up that dang ole cold winter, hehe!

Happy hump day!

I hope you all have a great day!

Tyler got 4 tackles last night and had a great game.

I am running circles around myself trying to keep up with the work, football, and other schedules.
