I found out from doctor that tea can deplete your iron..

So no nore micky ds tea im so sad.....

I love an unsweetened tea in a stryrofam cup extra ice and 4 splenda...

Guess its back to water only.....

Lisa the McD's I work at has Minute Maid Light Lemonade, only 5 calories per 8oz.  I get that in the stryrofoam cup each day and add two spenda cause its a lil tart for my liking.  If your McD's doesn't have it ask for the manager and see if he/she would consider carrying it.

Water is the only thing I drink since my surgery, well excet for my protein shake which I drink w/ 1% milk.

Thanks for the tip about the lemonade light. I drink a lot of lemonade because it is all that has a taste to me. Two weeks ago my "nut" started me on grape juice three times a day for the bad taste in my mouth but I am not a fan of the juice! I was tired of water so I had to try the lemonade. I am scared to try tea but have been drinking the protein mix that is iced tea flavored by special k. It is good as well.

Crystal Light has different teas available, and I love love love the raspberry....I can go through 4 qts in a day or two by myself.  Best stuff ever!!
