new to this in indianapolis

I had the same problem with St Francis.  I called and left a voicemail and they never called me back.  So I went to St Vincents.

I second Dr. Mattar and Clarian Bariatrics!  They have been phenomenal!  Dr. Evanson is also at both Clarian and St. V's!  I do say though that if St. Francis is that backlogged just to get you started, I cannot imagine how they will get you through the process without problems, but that is just my opinion!

Dr. Jones and Dr. Caccuci at St. V's are both very good.  Dr. Jones has a friendlier bedside manner but I really like Dr. C as well.  Anyone at St. V's will be good.  Good Luck and keep us informed.

You are right about Dr C's bedside manner.. she doesnt seem to be real friendly but I have never seen anyone more concrened about my problems than her.. she is precise and to the point but when I feel bad.. that's what I want..

Thanks everyone.  I have my appointment for consultation on monday afternoon.  They told me they highly recommend I bring someone.  the problem is that my family lives 2.5 hours away in "the region" my mom said she would come down to go with me and take the day off work, but that seems like so much trouble.  do  i really need someone to go with me?  i just dont know what to expect.  i am meeting dr. margaret inman, the scheduler that called me said she was the only one who did the sleeve.  anybody know her?

I have heard about her... lots of good things... see for yourself.. we all have our favorites because the one that did our surgery saved our lives... so we got attached!!
