Good morning all!!

I am off to a good start this morning.  I hope all of you have a safe trip to and from work in the fog.  It's bad up here.

Tyler's team won their first football game of the season last night 32 to 0.  I was especially proud because my baby boy got the first tackle of the game!!!  He played really well and we had a lot of fun watching him.

Peggy lead my support group last night for me.  Big Thanks to her!!!  She did a great job and I appreciated it so much.

Huge hugs and have a great Wednesday!

Congrats to Tyler's team! How exciting!!

It's up and at em today for me. Feel like I've been out of it after working the entire weekend and sleeping during the day. I have to call the doc again about the constipation issues. I'm miserable. Also, meeting my sister for lunch today.  Hope Zach's in a good mood. He was really cranky last night and I was afraid he's coming down with something. We'll see.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Melissa I have also suffered constipation since wls.  I have tried many different things and the thing I found to help me best was prunes.  I started with three a day and can have as many as nine a day...all approved by my nut.  She assured me that I didn't need to make any dietary changes to accomodate the prunes so maybe you could try it.  Prune babyfood is also acceptable, however I find it yukky.

I have recently started to use the probiotic yogurts with promising success also.

Go Tyler Go,  that the way to show them.

You are welcome on covering support group, there were a few us and Amy is getting so excited about joining us on the loser bench on 10/6/9.  She was full of questions I gave her the answers based on my experience, and told her that it could be totally different then what I go through.

I am going to try to make it tonight to the Zumba class at the YMCA tonight.  I would like to try something differnt and this looks like alot of fun.

Guess I better get to work and get something done today.

Everyone have a wonderful day.

Hugs

So glad that you enjoyed it.  I really think that it keeps working even after you are finished.  Seems like that music stays in your mind and you continue to have a little more "pep in your step".  Take a hot shower or bath for the soreness.  It will help.

Have a great day.

Good morning all....

This darn thing here at work wouldn't let me post this morning. I hit the 'snooze' a few times too many so I didn't have time to get on here before I left for work. I could had easily just shut the alarm and kept on snoozing. Why is it that on my really bad nights sleeping that our bed waits until 3:30 to get so darn comfortable?!?

The guy here that is suppose to be leading the project I've been asigned to help with still hasn't told me a single thing he wants me to do...after waiting for over 2 weeks...so...I'm just working on training stuff today. I'm learning how to manuever some software that we use..to hopefully be able to make it easier to use for all of us. I've gotten through the training portion of it and I'm fixing to go into our system to see if I can get it to do what I want it to do. Fingers crossed!

Tracy...congrats to Tyler!

You all have a good day...

Hi all and Good AFternoon.

I work at 3 today so I am just chillin' here at home. This weekend is Heartland crossings Garage sales so I was contiplating puting stuff out but I would rather just pack my crap up and take down to Goodwill. Too much work. I would rather be out looking at all the goodies. lol

Tracey...I love watching football. This is Ty's second to last year and I have been watching the same kids since they were in 7th grade. I feel like there mother. I am gonna miss the boy sports. Bella will prolly do softball or soccer though. I think she is more suitable for active sports like that to run here energy off and she is just about that age to get her in them.

Well I have some sirloin burgers on the grill so I need to go check on them.
I am going to Brown County on the 19th so if anyone else is going we could meet up for lunch. let me know. :)
Have a great day

Shanna, do you think the garage sales would have lots of kid/baby stuff? I might have to venture over. What days/times is the sale??
