FLU WITH NEW POUCH

well you might know i would have to test the waters early......had the stomach flu for 24hrs and was a test...Still have no appetite. lost 6 lbs in the ordeal. was very weak all weekend. I did have to drink some Sprite Saturday and that helped but the thing im not to have i ate and held down was cheese crackers..hoping this is the last for this for a LONG! time. not a fun thing with only two mos out from surgery.

Sorry to hear you've been sick. Keep an eye on things. I assume you were vomiting, you're still fresh enough post op that I'd worry about your staple lines. Make sure if you have any serious abdominal pain you call asap!

Bet those cheese crackers tasted good, didn't they? :)

Ouch that had to have been rough. I am glad your feeling better. 

Began to regain strength Tuesday. Laying around the weekend helped but man i dont want to got thru that again! I was beginning to think i wouldnt get back on the foods i should be eating as the taster was even off balance. thanks all for the support.Hoping no one else goes thru this.
