Mond.....err...ummm...Tuesday!

Good morning everyone. Yes. It feels like Monday no matter what that calendar on the wall shows! The important thing to me though is that it is a THREE day week! I know today will go by quickly. I hope the other two does as well.

I get the 'fun' task of letting my boss know today that the hernia fiasco isn't done yet. We were all hoping that it was....for many reasons but here at work, so that I could go back to being a lab person again. I am beginning to believe that it just isn't in the cards. I started viewing the DVD's Bill has on the IT certifications yesterday. So far, they've just told me some of the stuff that they are going to tell me. With speeches, you are suppose to tell a person what you plan to tell them, then tell them, then tell them what you told them. I can gladly skip that first part. The tests won't let me skip the last part..lol. So...my brain just wants to get started in the middle. I'm hoping not to be too tired tonight so I can get started with it. I think it's time though for me to start looking at stuff outside of the lab environment though. If they'd create a position for Lab IT/Instrument tech/Trainer, I'd be willing to stay in here. Who knows, maybe after I get some certifications they will be willing to do that. If not, we have several IT groups within the company. I'm going to talk with HR this week and see if they'd be willing to reinburse me for the certification fees. They usually do.

Happy Tuesday!!!  tonight is Tyler's first football game of the season!  I am sooo excited.  I can't believe he is in 6th grade already.  This is his 6th season playing and I love every minute of it.

I checked out the roster and saw his vitals... I about flipped.  He is 5 ft and 101lbs. now!!!  That used to be my LITTLE baby boy.  He is almost as big as me now.  I had to get him new cleats and he took a size 8 mens.  I nearly flipped!!! 

I got Kel some new boots she was beggin for and they were size 11!  OMG!  My babies are sooo grown!

Mornin' everyone.  Sorry I've been missing for so long.  Work and daughter's softball schedule have me covered!  I do pop in every now and then to try and catch up.  We're going to try to make it to Indy sometime soon.  Troy and I both have several vacation days accumulated and want to get away for a mini adult vacation.  We're thinking Nashville, IN for a few days then a day trip to Indy for shopping and eating with friends (you guys!).  I'll let you know when we set the date and hopefully some of us can get together.

It would be so wonderful to see you and"Toby" again.  Would love to see Mis L too but I understand the need for a little "adult" time once in awhile.  Hopefully you'll pick a day when we are here.   We seem to always have so much going on lately.  Mostly on weekend though so we will make every effort to be available when you come up for the day.

We did a lot of shopping this past weekend.  Yesterday we went to the outlets and then over to Nashville.  Did lots of walking and people watching.  Bought some hot cashews at Jack and Jill's Nut House and drove home.

Hello everyone hope you had a great holiday weekend.
I have a sinus headache and slept in this morning ,i start my training at walmart tomorrow.
I will be sort of normal again a job and a homelife i havent worked outside of my home in years.

Tracy i hear you lucas turns 16 on the 18th of this month  ,he is 5'11.5 and weighs 240 they are telling him if he keeps up he will be one heck of a football player and the scales are changing with him the numbers are dropping .But he eats like he is starving now so i am watching what i have in the house....
They grow up to fast dont they?

Sherry i dont think my brain could hold all that info,hope your hernia calms down alittle so your not so uncomfortable.

It is tuesday, right?
I was messed up all weekend. I just got done planting some butterfly bushes and catnip my mom sent home for me. I was never so sick in my life, dumping on saturday. I am so afraid to eat anything now becasue my tummy is still really yucky.
Nothing too much going on around here. i work at 3 and I am off again on Friday  for football game at Roncalli..( Usually that game doesn't turn out so well for us)
I have been itching to get down to brown County... Terry and bella went the other week when they were out bopping around town...I was at work. That sucked! Let me know if anyone is going and I would love to meet down there. Better yet we should have a get together down there, soon! We used to live In Bloomington and I drove through there every day going to work in Edinburg and Columbus so i never really cared about going but NowI am up here I haven't been in Years.....
UH Oh...Tummy is not happy so I need to go...if you know what I mean.

 Hello everyone. Long time no chat. It has been a wild ride, and I know that things on OH haven't been the best with all the sadness.  Just wanted to say a quick hello and goodbye.  We will be moving to West Virginia on September 25th. Jimmy and I will be working, and will need to make this move for our family to survive.  Hope everyone is well, and it was so great seeing everyone when we got the chance to.  I will still be around, just not on OH much. I am too addicted to Facebook! LOL  Take care and TTYL

Brenda I love Jack and Jills!  It's always the first place we hit!  Then we walk around looking at all the shops while munching on the warm nuts...mmmm.....

I would love it if someone could plan something for all of us.  Brown County is so lovely this time of year.  Weekends will be pretty impossible to find hotel rooms but the weekdays are usually ok.  Does anyone want to volunteer to head this up?
