Saturday...

Good morning all....

Kathy and I went to see Terry at Lyn's services last night. It was good to see Terry. I wi**** were under better cir****tances. Lyn looked good too. He even had just a trace of a smile. I thought that was something very sweet for Terry and their kids to be able to hold on to.

I didn't get good news at the doctors yesterday. Not surprising news. The place we were 'watching' what was the size of a large egg the end of July is now the size of a softball..or a little bit bigger. It's definately a hernia. Then I went to the GYN for my annual and she found another hernia the size of a softball not far above my pelvis. Dr. Cacucci took me over as my surgeon because of Dr. Gupta leaving. She's going to review everything that has been done since she initially induced the coma. She's not really certain what she wants to risk doing with me. If she does do surgery, it may cause permanant bowel damage. If she doesn't, I will probably end up with damage anyway (not to mention pain & discomfort...and a huge bulge on my stomach!!). I'm getting bloodwork pulled today and I'm expecting to hear back from her within a week or so on her decision.

Well..time to get Bill up so we can go run to the blood lab. He has some routine bloodwork to have to have pulled too. Hmmm..I think I may talk him into breakfast afterwards. If not...I just may have to swing by starbucks for a skinny decaf latte with sf vanilla (and an extra shot of sf vanilla!). AKA..the 'why bother' drink! LOL!

You are one brave... Ain't givin up lady!! I just dont know if I could go thru as much as you have and still keep that stiff upper lip!!! I'd probably have to have botox to keep it stiff.. dont know if I'd have your strength!!

I have to start at 9 this morning so I better go get my shower started...

Well i got home at midnite and had to run back to wally world for Neil so got to bed at 3 and had to take Lucas to weight lifting class at 8.....
Im gonna clean today and go with the kids to the movies tomorrow(if they help me clean).
LeeAnn it was great spending time with you,Christie and Wally ,Melissa was great seeing you all.
My thoguhts and prayers are with Terry today,,,,
