I am a St F's patient, we are encouraged to limit the pasta's.  I don't handle them well at all, they are like lead in my pouch and make me extremely uncomfortable.  I would think at three weeks out they are not appropriate.  I think we were allowed small amounts of rice and pasta at six months out, such as a weigh****chers meal.

Pasta and bread are off limits right now.  Your baby belly can't handle them, trust me.  I'm 9 months out, and pasta and bread are in very small quantities.  It feels like a huge ball of dough in my pouch.

Deviled eggs - if you can have eggs, you can have deviled eggs.  Just make 'em smart.  I use Miracle Whip free when I make them, a little mustard, and Mt. Olive sugar free pickle relish (Meijer's has it).  Just know that you can't eat but about 1 egg half at only 3 weeks out - and chew it well!!  Eggs seem to fill me up FAST!

Sittalee, the clarian program does not encourage breads this early out.  You should either still be on pureeds or just coming off of them and moving to soft foods.  Follow your binder if you want to be successful  You will learn the hard way otherwise.  Just be patient, you will get to have those things in time, but your pouch needs to heal.
