When did you stop losing?-UPDATE
When did you stop losing weight? I actually thought I was done in January as I had gotten to 145 and was super happy with that, then from Jan- March ish, another 10 came off. O.k. at 135 I was super happy. I held 135 since March/April but in the last month or so I have droped another 8, putting me at 127. Cant tell a lot of difference from 127 to 135 so I am still happy, but really dont want to lose anymore. Thoughts? I left a message for the Nuts at St. V's.
I have always heard that you just stop when your body is ready to stop. I eat my recomened portion sizes, but generally (with in guidelines) each what I want so its not like I am trying to lose more weight. I know I am very lucky so I hope this does not come off the wrong way,.

Kim, I am interested in what they have to say to you. I dont have that problem at all so far. My weight loss has slowed down quite a bit and I only lose 2 to 3 lbs a month now. But I may have someone ask me that in group sometime and would love to have the answer.

Increase the calorie content of my food- I have
Add some fat to my diet- I have
Drink 2% milk vs skim- I do
I was 125 this morning, so down 2 more pounds since. Any other tips out there?
