When did you stop losing?-UPDATE

When did you stop losing weight? I actually thought I was done in January as I had gotten to 145 and was super happy with that, then from Jan- March ish, another 10 came off.  O.k. at 135 I was super happy.  I held 135 since March/April but in the last month or so I have droped another 8, putting me at 127.  Cant tell a lot of difference from 127 to 135 so I am still happy, but really dont want to lose anymore.  Thoughts?  I left a message for the Nuts at St. V's. 

I have always heard that you just stop when your body is ready to stop.  I eat my recomened portion sizes, but generally (with in guidelines) each what I want so its not like I am trying to lose more weight.  I know I am very lucky so I hope this does not come off the wrong way,.

I am glad you have called the nutritionist.  i had a friend that had the surgery but lost so much weight that she got very ill from being too thin.

Keep us updated on what you find out :)

Let us know what the nut says. I am starting to wonder the same thing. My friends are telling me I have lost enough, but don't know how to stop

Will keep ya posted.  We are TTC so that worrys me too, people on the pergo board say you can lose 10-20 pounds before you start gaining, well I steped ont he scale this morning and was at 125, so 10 or 20 pounds would probably be bad.

Kim, I am interested in what they have to say to you.  I dont have that problem at all so far.  My weight loss has slowed down quite a bit and I only lose 2 to 3 lbs a month now.  But I may have someone ask me that in group sometime and would love to have the answer.

Congrats on your awesome success and best wishes for a healthy attempt at a baby.

I def. don't have that problem... I stopped at 10 months out. stopped at 133 shot to 138. Couple weeks found myself at 143 then fell sick down to 138. I am really happy at 138. Trying to keep myself down at 138 without gaining. grrrr

So I traded voicemails several times with the Nut.  I am kind of frustraded because I am doing everything they say to do:

Eat 3 meals a day- I do
Eat 2-3 snacks a day- I do
Increase the calorie content of my food- I have
Add some fat to my diet- I have
Drink 2% milk vs skim- I do

I was 125 this morning, so down 2 more pounds since.  Any other tips out there?
