Glad to be here... glad to be anywhere...

I was at work yesterday and met a man from the Plainfield area.. he had met his first goal of close to 100 lbs lost since weightloss surgery.. I told him about OH and the clothing exchanges and the friends he could meet male and female...Poor guy was just months out from RNY surgery and had to have an appendectmy...

Its been along day here.
I woke up and feel like i have been run over by a truck convoy.
I hurt everywhere and im taking dramine ,Neil says honey sounds like the flu.
Had a good day with Neils family yesterday...
Linda i love running into people that have had the surgery i love to hear their stories and their wow moments.
