need your help please!

I need the website for the st. Vincent's yellow sheets so I can send them to my sister.  She is in a rehab facility in Fort Wayne and learning to walk again!!!  She is slowly improving but has not got access to her diet sheets. 

Any help would be appreciated!

Hope someone got them for you, but just wanted to say that I'm so happy that she's doing better!

Still havent gotten them online.  Wlsindy.com had them on there before but with new format... i cant find them.  So... hoping to get ahold of St. V's today and see if I can get them to her.

Thanks for the well wishes for her.  She has a long road ahead of her.  As of right now, she has to start over from square one with her diet.  She hasn't had solid food in nearly a month.
