Hi everyone! I got up this morning dreading my 46th birthday in some aspects but so very thankful for the RNY gift I gave to myself. I allowed myself to check my weight this am and realized that I had lost 51 lbs total since my surgery! That was my goal before my birthday. I am so thrilled and happy. I hope the rest of you have a good day and loads of success in your WL!
