I just wanted to THANK YOU ALL!!!!!
I just wanted to stop in and thank each and every one of you. I am 18 months out and have lost a whoppin 164 pounds. I ONLY have 13 pounds to I have reached my goal! If it were not for all of you in the last 18 months, I do not know where I would have been. You all give good advice and I have read it and takin it as it has applied to me.
I love to hear about everyone's trials and tribulations. It makes me so much stronger in my journey. I do not post much because I feel that what I have to say is not always worthy or that good of advice. But I sure to read a lot of the posts.
Thank you again, and I plan to continue to keep all of you on my daily plan of information that I need.

you are doing great also. I am so glad to hear that you are off of your diabetic meds. I sure wish we could get together. We had so much fun.

Alta, its good to hear from you, too, my other Chicago roomie, along with Leigh Ann. So happy to hear about your incredible weight loss and being off all your diabetic meds has to be really awesome to you.
