Okay, so I've gained some weight.  I'm going to start Monday working out again, which I know will help, but as far as my eating...that's where my question is.  Does anyone else feel hungry every couple of hours?  Is this normal?  What does anyone suggest?  Eat something small and healthy?  Just drink water?  What?  Help me out here pretty please and thank you!

Take care,
Whitney

when I stopped protein shakes I found myself getting hungry and grazing every couple hours.  I resumed the protein shakes for breakfast, and it took care of the problem.

I've also heard to drink a glass of water and wait about 30 minutes.  If you're still hungry then, have a protein or fruit snack.  Good luck!

Here's the only one I found that I liked - I absolutely love this one.  It tastes just like the Starbucks Chocolate-Banana Vivanno.

I got the recipe from Eggface - thank you Shelly!!

8 oz. milk (I use FF Lactaid milk as I'm lactose intolerant)
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Body Fortress)
1 scoop Click protein powder (www.drinkclick.com)
1 Tbsp. DaVinci sugar free vanilla syrup
a few ice cubes

Whiz up in blender and enjoy.  I love this one.  No nasty aftertaste, and it tastes just like my favorite Starbucks drink.  It's very filling.

Christie (and anyone else who would care to share) are you using the protein shake as a meal or as an addition to your meals?   Will you share with me what your daily food intake might be?  I am not gaining but I am not losing either.  I really would hate to make it this far and not get to my goal weight, which is about 15 - 20 more lbs.  How much are you losing per month at this point?
