My surgery is Monday morning at 8.  I can't wait!  I'm so excited, nervous, and scared all at the same time.  I've got fridge and cabinets cleaned out so now they only have what I can have in them.  Hubby has a few things in there of course, but nothing that is a real trigger food for me.  Seems my 8 month old daughter and I will be on the same mushy meal plan for awhile.  lol  She'll probably be eating solids before me!  I've started packing my suitcase.  I'm ready to start my new life!!!  Anyone have any suggestions??  Wish me luck and pray for me!

I'm so excited for you!  Great thinking on moving all of the trigger foods out.
I'm sorry, I don't have any suggestions since my surgery isn't until November.  But, I am certainly praying for you and cheering you on!  May you be surrounded with peace, comfort, and love before, during, and after your surgery!
Many, many blessings on your new life!!

Good luck with your surgery. I also don't have any advice my surgery is in september. Let us know how things go after surgery.

Best of luck to you. The first three months are the hardest, but they will fly by and you will be amazed at how much better you will feel every day. The board was very helpful for me. Ask any questions you want and someone will be there to help you out. Wendy

Thanks everyone!  I'm not sure how anyone stays on a liquid pre-op diet for too long.  I've just had to do it today and it sucks!  I'm starving!  I know it's going to be worth it though!
