Angel has anything changed in your routine? Have you recently decreased your level of activity? Have you tried writing down everything you eat/drink to see just what you're taking in? Are you getting all your protein in? Those are the only things I can think of. You might want to just touch base with your surgeon's office and see what they say.

Angel,

Is your ticker correct? Is your BMI at 23? It's not unusual to regain a few pounds after you reach your goal. Some people gain as much as 20. Your body may be trying to figure out where it is more comfortable at. Do you have alot of loose skin (like most of us do)? If so, your actual weight would be less than what the scales show that you are at. You don't want to be underweight no more than you wanted to be overweight. If you are considering plastics in the future...have a consult with a plastic surgeon. Even if you are only interested in having a tummy tuck done, a good plastic surgeon can and will tell you how much excess skin you have in other areas as well (pound-wise). That should give you an idea of a healthy goal for you. If they were to tell you that you had 20 lb of loose skin, would your BMI still be in the healthy range? A good plastic surgeon won't operate on you if you don't weigh enough. That would bite to have to gain weight in order to have your apron removed...but it has happened.

As long as you're doing what you are suppose to do, relax. It really does sound like your body is trying to figure out where it is happiest at. You can try increasing your water, protein, and/or exercise. Also, try switching up your exercise to use difference muscles. If you normally run, try swimming laps. If you normally walk, try dancing or riding a bike or.... That is always a healthy thing to do even if your BMI is exactly where you want it.
