I saw the urology specialist yesterday and he says that the stones in each of my kidneys are each over 2 inches long and there are a lot of small ones is each kidney also.  He said the only way to deal with stones that size is to do surgery.........2 incisions in my back.  Not real excited about that idea but it has to be done.  It's set up for September 16th at Methodist Hospital.

The urologist spoke with Dr Huse and they decided to get me on the surgery schedule for my revision as soon as possible so that I will have some recovery time between the two surgeries.  Fran called me this afternoon and told me that my surgery is on Friday.......a day and a half away.  I'm glad but boy do I have a lot to get done in a very short amount of time.
