I've got pink eye

I posted on the main site but no one has responded.  I woke up this morning with pink eye and I have surgery on Monday.  I went to one of those clinics in Walgreens and they gave me drops and said it should not affect my surgery.  I hope she was right does anyone else have an opinion on this?

I wouldn't think it would affect your surgery, other than making you miserable. I'm glad you got on the antibiotic drops, you should feel better by Monday. Take your drops with you to the hospital and ask your surgeon to order that you can continue them in the hospital.

Be sure to wash your linens in ho****er and don't share a towel with anyone to keep from spreading the infection.  Get better soon.

I had poison ivy pretty bad and it did not stop my surgery.  I took the medicine I had with me and was told to continue to use it.
