It's Friday

Hey, no one has posted yet? Well, Good Morning All!!!
Glad it's friday and glad that I have the weekend to finally pick up my ruined house. With little water and a torn up yard, we have shambles to pick up.

Good morning all!

I have a dentist appointment at 10:30 (a filling). After that, I gotta come home and get my butt in gear! We're going camping this weekend and I have put nothing out in the RV...no clothes and no food yet. I don't even have this stuff set out here in the house! It's just been a go-go-go type of week. So...this down-time is going to be even better. I plan on bringing my laptop with me since the campground has WIFI.

ps...Johnna..good luck getting your yard back to being YOUR yard! Remember: they didn't make the mess in a day so you aren't going to be able to clean it all up in a day either!

Hey all! How are things going today? I woke up at 5am, and was planning to go exercise, but the ambien I took last night said otherwise. I reset the alarm for 7am, and was ready for the day then. No Y this morning, but I did get a restful sleep! It's been hard to get that lately. I have nightmares from the accident.

I am looking forward to tomorrow. It's the Bark in the Park walk in Terre Haute for the Humane Society. Cookie and I are planning to go participate. Well I am, and she's always happy to go byebye. Hehe. I was to have been working in the morning, but I managed to trade someone for an evening shift.

TGIF and I am so ready for it to be. This has been a busy week but then again around my house all the weeks are busy.

I love this cool day and walking is such a joy when there is a nice breeze blowing. Hopefully today I will get in more distance.

Good morning to all

Busy her at work today since we are starting month end.  Fun Fun lol.  Well I made it through my first week back to work and no big problems but the numb buns.  I get busy and forget to get up and walk.

We are having the Step It Up Walk that Tracy has started in the morning, I WILL walk the full 2 1/2miles.  Tomorrow afternoon after Steven get off work we are headed to Kentucky to pick Ashley up so we can get thing ready for her to return to school, she has band camp (color guard) all next week, so that will keep her busy) and have a short visit with my babies and daughter/SIL.

I went to my supervisor house last night and picked some green beans, I gave this batch to my MIL/FIL and they gave me some cucumbers.  I think I will try my hand at some pickles, (sugar free).  I have not canned pickles in many years, but I do not want these to go  to waste.

I would like to find some tomatoes to can, so if anyone hears of some at a reasonable proce please let me know.  I do not think I will get that many from our garden.

Guess I better get back to work, need to get some protein.

Good afternoon all,
Only 2 shifts left  this week......Then  a 4 day week and then off to Middlebury. :) I can not wait. i need a vacation bad. tyler wants to go Horse back riding and go to the flea market. He is so excited, he is counting down the days too.
Nuttin' too much going on around here. terry is heading back to ohio to pick up Bella. She has been at my mom and dad's all week at our county fair.
I need to get off of here and do somethin' productive.

I have already started to pack a few things for the campout too.  I can hardly wait. I just love that area.  Where is Tyler going horeback riding? Middlebury?  That sounds like fun.  I haven't done that in 30 years!  Are you staying longer than the weekend?  You know the big Shipshewanna flea market is only open Tuesday and Wednesday right?  It will be open on Labor Day Monday though.  We went earlier this month on the way home form our little Michigan vacation.  It is always so much fun and exercise.  We love the E&S Bilk Food store too.  I always find plenty to buy there too (cash or check only).  Lots of cooking/baking supplies at good prices.  Last time I got the small disposable loaf pans for $.11 each.  Perfect for meatloaf, casseroles or bread for 2 or 3 people.  Great size for gift giving too!  I have been taking inventory so I will be ready for the Holidays.
I better get back to work too.  Still working on training myself so I can be prepared if I ever get me system access.
