Update from Terry

Terry called today with an update on Lyn. He has infection everywhere. He has pseudomonas growing in his urine and sputum and staph in his blood. He also has vancomycin resistant entero****us (VRE) in his blood.  The VRE is especially dangerous because it is resistant to the antibiotics that would normally be used to kill that bacteria. She said all in all he is doing ok. They will be there for a couple more days.

Awww I was hoping for rEALLY GOOD NEWS.
My heart breaks for the 2 of them  please send her my love and let me know if i can do anything okay.

Wish Ron and I could have seen them while we were there at VA yesterday but the hospital had us doing some major running around ourselves..
