Good morning everyone
Well, it is afternoon now not morning so Good Day everyone!!
I had a doc appt this morning for my elbow. I have an ulnar nerve problem. Been getting injections in it faithfully every 3 months for a year and a half now. The last injection last Thursday did nothing to help and it only hurt it more so, its time for surgery I guess. They are doing an MRI next week and then will schedule what needs to be done after that, but they are sure that I will need a procedure to fix it.
Why is it that anymore it seems like every couple of years I need a joint surgery. it all started with my knee and then rotator cuff and now the elbow??? I guess it would be because my weight being so heavy most of my life has just really had a wear and tear on my joints.
The hip bones connected to the thigh bone, the thigh bones connected to the ankle bone and that is connected to my fat bone!
If I would have only had this WLS years ago I could have saved myself so much wear and tear naturally. It frustrates me beyond words that I have to go under the knife again (grrrrr) but at least it is something fixable and I can heal from it. I am fortunate and god blessed for that. I will remember that above all else. But, I did say "CRAP" when the doc told me LOL. Get this, I saw the nurse practitioner for my doctor and you will never guess what her name is... Bonebrake. Yes, her last name is Bonebrake. Isn't that a hoot? She is a very sweet young woman and I thought a lot of her but, man the jokes she must get. hehehehe
Have a good day all!!
