It's Monday, Monday!

Well, barely. It's 2:20am and I'm at work bored out of my mind. Someone please send me a patient in need of an ICU bed, it's gonna be a long 5 hours!

I work tonight, Monday, and then Wednesday and then my family is off and running on a mini vacation. We are driving to Virginia to meet up with a family friend and her kids to stay at a Great Wolf Lodge (indoor waterpark hotel). Then we are driving to North Carolina to her house to visit for a day or two. Should be great fun (aside of the long 12 hour drive each way). Hoping and praying we don't get lost.

I have to take my oldest in to the urologist today for his post op appt. Have to admit, his "new" penis looks pretty awesome. He still has a small piece of "superglue" attached, hanging on by a stitch. I'm pretty sure the doc will snip that stitch today and call it a day. That idea kinda has my son freaked out, but he's been such a trooper, he'll be fine with that too.

Good morning I guess? It's quarter til 3 and I'm still awake. I'm tired but can't rest or relax enough to sleep. Things here are going okay, I'm expecting a call from the ENT's office to schedule my surgery today. Other than that not much has been going on with me. I feel terrible that I've not been around to be as supportive of everyone like I'd like but I want to be around more often. I hope you all are doing well... (( HUGS )) to everyone.

Happy Monday my fellow Hoosier Losers.  I have to clock in at 6 today so have a lil extra time this morning.  I went fishing yesterday after work so didn't have time to try my new found reciepes so I am hoping to get to that today.  I didn't fish much, more watching than fishing, but my Dad and Hubby caught a lot of really big fi**** was exciting.  Going to be miserable hot today so I am hoping for a chance to hop in the lake, our pool is closed on Monday's.  My son has drum lessons at 5 today in Greenwood.  I like his drum lesson days because I get to fit in a bit of shopping while we are in town.

Good morning all!

I'm back to work today. Well..for this week (M-Th) anyway. I think I'm going to take off next Monday so I can take care of a few things before surgery next Tuesday.

I got all my topsy Turvies done. They look so good. I hope they all do like they are suppose to. Those, in addition to the veggies & herbs that I had already planted should make for some nice frozen, dehydrated, and fresh veggies!

I've been here at work since 4:30. I hope the day flies by!! I know I'm going to be ready to crash into bed by 8 tonight since I hadn't been getting up before 7 all last week...and then cat-napped during the day.

I best get at it....

Good morning all!  I am off to play MOM Taxi this morning as usual.  Then I have some errands to run and get my hair cut.  I am doing some interviewing this week so I need to get some things done and in order.   This will be the time when I get a job because I need time at home to unpack and organize.  But I wont complain if I do happen to get a job!  I am just going with the flow of things.

I had a very good weekend.  We had fun with our visit from Neil, Lisa, Andy and Lucas.  It was so nice to just relax and hangout for a while after moving all week.  Lisa looks great and I am so impressed with how much better she is doing each time I see her! 

I had better get Kel to school.  I dont want her to be late!   Huge hugs to everyone!

Good morning all. Back to work after a good weekend (with one exception), my poor husband was helping my son move their final things out of their apartment and he fell in a hole in the ground and badly sprained his ankle (poor baby). He never gets hurt, I'm the klutz in the family (LOL) well, and my daughter poor girl. She comes by it naturally. Anyway, I made him go to the ER yesterday morning and luckily no bones are broken but they air casted it and told him to be careful with it. Of course he is at work this morning because he is stubborn and nothing will stop him from working unless he has 104 fever. I was excited to find out that I had lost some more weight and have only one pound to get to 100. It sure feels good. Gonna be a hot day today so I am glad I'm in good cool air conditioning at my job. Boy the heat just zaps my energy but, with this weight loss its amazing how much I can tolerate now. It's a good thing

well we had some pretty crazy storms run thru here this AM @ about 6 and the poor dogs FREAKED!! otherwise...i would prolly still been in bed! hahah!!!

ive already made my calls for today...hadda get my cardiac rehab set up in kokomo....hadda call the sleep study center in kokomo...still waiting for that return call and hadda get some scripts called in...

i also called my cardiac surgeon's office in regards to the fact that i am having a hard time breathing...well he's not in today...but they want to see me anyway...soooooooo looks like im making a trip to indy this afternoon to be evaluated...better safe than sorry....

it feels like when you overeat and you just need to take that one deep breath, that sigh and you just can't do it...i feel like that ALL the time...even when i haven't eaten...im still retaining fluid so i wanna be checked out just to make sure it's not fluid around my heart and/or lungs...

im still sore and that is understandable...but all of the research that ive done says i should be walking 7-10 minutes at a time, 3 times a day...i can't even walk from the living room to the restroom w/o being winded...soooooooo...we'll let the cardiac surgeon make that call...see if i am just a hypochronidriac or is there really a problem....i HATE this...hate to have to ask these things...but i wanna make sure all is OK...i am still having chest pains and have been "popping" my nitro and it doesn't really seem to help...so again..i don't know if this is "normal" or if there is something wrong...

Good morning everyone
I woke up this morning and my head is full (nt of air either) it is crazy sinus's .
Today is Lucas's last day of school he graduates from 8th grade tonite,Andys last day is tomorrow and then i will either be happy or run away after about 2 weeks of them being home.
We had a great time with Tracy got to meet Brandi she does not look like she ever needed surgery i wonna look like her when i get to goal she is gourgeus.
Tracy has a beautiful home and a wonderful family and wefelt like we have known her for years like family.Went to spend time with Tonya and her siblings and children and we talked about our memories of her mom and it was hard remembering she was my adult friend as i was growing up you k now the one you could always go to and you never heard you knew better or i told you so or you are a fat arse and i how blessed we have all been to have her in our lives,Tonya has 9 of the most beautiful grandbabys her youngest is the chunkiest baby and just so adorable.Neil had to stop off at Anderson at the casino me and the boys jut walked while he went in with his 20 dollars well he came ot withh 75.00 so he did well.
I gotta call and fight with the high school they are trying to take half of Andys credits away from him.

Good Morning my sweet friends!  I've missed you guys so very much.  Now that my golf scramble is finally out of the way, I'm hopefully going to be around a little more.  Things are definitely crazy in the world of economic development but I don't need to tell you that do I?

This week should be a good one for me.  My daughter has a home softball game tonight and I'm going for my free assessment at Curves tomorrow evening.  My MIL is going with me.  We're not sure if we want to join Curves or Bob's Gym.  If we do the gym, the whole family can go and I think Troy wants to start something.  If we do Curves then it will be a nice get-away for us.  We've got some thinking to do on this one.  Any advice is welcome!!

I'm soooooo looking forward to the Holiday World event this weekend.  It looks like we're going to have a really good turnout.  The weather forecast so far is good too.  I don't know if I'm brave enough to try the pilgrim plunge but Mrs. Koch has riden it twice.  Surely if she can do it, I can too!  I'm such a weenie when it comes to rides like that.

I'm trying not to think about Pilgrim Plunge. I'd LOVE to be able to do it but I'm gonna have to wait until my belly is no longer a boo-boo. It'll just be the really tame rides (like the train) for me this time around.
