Haven't Seen this in Years!!!!!

Well I have been watching for the last week and I have gone under the 200 mark, I haven't seen under 200 lbs in 22 years, I never thought it would ever happen.

I have lost a total of 65lbs since June 30, 2008, I still have a ways to go, but going under 200 makes me feel great.....

Just wanted to share...
