I forgot to ask about biotin while I was in the hospital. Can I keep taking it by pulling the capsule apart and sprinkling it in my drinks?

You can also find Biotin in tablet form.That's how I always get mine...

I've always taken the tablet form also.  At first I cut them in half, but now I no longer need to - I can take them whole.

The botin I take is in the form of a tablet.  I took it before surgery and afterwards.  No problems, not larger than an aspirin.
