Food question
I LOVE that broccoli slaw and its great on salad too. The pringles pretzel sticks are so good too and small and crispy. When we fill up as easy as we do, I find myself not craving too much of the old bad food now because I am not able to eat much of them. I find it to be a frustration anymore, not being able to eat much of something that tastes good. I made a nice roast with potatoes and veggies yesterday for Sunday dinner and I made this yummy wheat break, baked to go with it. I even made some cinnamon butter with a little honey mixed in it. I know people say honey has a lot of fat but, it is natures purest form and from my Dad's beehives. It's not processed and adds a bit of sweetness so, it keeps my carb monster at a minimum. I just won't compromise when it comes to cutting my honey out. I've not liked it before tasting the fresh raw honey of my Dad's. So for dinner yesterday I was able to eat a whole 2oz of meat and one quarter of a small potato and veggies. I had me that piece of bread I did!! But, I had to stop with still so much food on my plate. I can't seem to get used to how much I put on my plate. It looks normal on the smaller size that is, to me but, then when I get full, my plate is still freakin full! LOL Most of the times I use a small plate!

So glad to hear you are on the mend. You've really had a rough go of things! As far as salad, I really haven't been too creative or adventurous...I've pretty much just put cheese on mine. Maybe later I will be more exciting! Take care gal!
