I have always hated for my picture to be taken. I have been on this board for 41/2 years and have never posted a picture of my self. I feel that I really should do that. I just feel like I am hiding. I have regained some weight and am so ashamed of myself. Maybe if I post my picture that will encourage me to do better. I see all of you shrinking and I want to be back there! I know I am rambling and I am sorry.

Also how do I change my surgeons name? I now go to Dr Mattar at Clarion. Jana

To change your surgeon's name:
Click on 'My Account'...upper right hand corner of this page
Click on 'status'
Click on 'my surgeon'

Jana, it will be great to see your face!!!  Dont worry at all.  You already know how accepting we are of others on the site. 

If you need help with your avatar picture, shrinkpictures.com is a great site to make it with.  Just remember to make the setting 100K .
