I WANT FOOD!!!!!!! LOl. I swear if another person orders Onion Rings I am gonna scream! They smell so good! Headache = 6 tylenol......CARB WITHDRAW....... 1 protein shake 2 coffees, 64 ounces of water 3 sf jello's and now a sf iced lattee....I am going to wean myself off the caffeine I promise!!!! off to the park w/ dog and bella! I am not hungry, I am not hungry, I am not hungry.......

Ok guys, I am feeling guilty here. I need to be doing this with you. I saw Ruthanne & Dr Mattar today. I hated stepping on those scales and seeing THAT number. I think I will hop on board tomorrow! Headache hear I come. I have done this before and the headache was the worst part.
