Fort Wayne Fills

Can anyone tell me what the charge is for a lap band fill at Lutheran Weight Management Center at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne....I currently go to Cincinnati for my fills, but the drive there plus the high gas prices are making me want to find a closer alternative...

I got ahold of them, but I don't think I'll be going there for fills any time soon, First, you have to buy their manual, for 75.00, and then take a quiz over it...and then pay for a physical exam, and then the cost of the fill--altogether comes to 475.00---a little high i think.....I'll just keep going to Cincinnati.....but thanks for the input......
