Im home

Hi. Im home from the hospital. Thankyou galye for calling and checking up on me..Thanks every one for prayers. The doctors are at lost of what happend. Wed night I went to the clarein baritric support meeting .every thing fine  came home and pains started in my right side . They hurt so much could not sleep..I called sara the nurse on thurs told her  she said to take pain med from when I had my rny and try to sleep..so then i slept aboult 3 hours . then woke up and tried to drink water  , sugar free popsickle broth .nothing would stay down. got sick 7 times tried to go to the hosp but was geting sick as we was going down the road..so i said just take me home.. fri i called sara again and she said go to the er Dr. mattar was out of town...I got there and they did a ultra sound and labs and chest exray.. labs came back that my liver enzimes were 790 normel is 50dr selzer  on call said to put me in  around 8pm guess who walks in..Dr. mattar . I said hey you came back just for me . He said yup I just left the airport.. ...haha.....they never did find out what happened .still waiting on 3 test to come back...they did take me off my colesteral meds .and Im to call a liver doc to make a appt  They checked my bile ducks for stones even though I have no gallbalder  you can still get stones in your bile ducks..none there...my levels are normel now...but Im suffering a cold and sore thourt...the hosptal is freezing I had my room at77  and it was still cold..... i pray they end up fing out what happend dr mattar said if pain strats again get back to er...

Glad you are home YE Gads.. when it rains it pours... Don't wait so long for relief.. it is unexplainable and hurts that bad.. don't walk, run to your nearest ER!! ( Per my Dr) While I would have RNY again in an instant... this is not a surgery to mess with.. if y ou are throwing up you are dehydrating and need fluids. We have to take good care of ourselves because if WE don't then the Drs out there don't know we are hurting.. The don't walk on water and they don't read minds.. Even though some of our Drs. ARE MIGHTY CLOSE lINDA KAY

Hi,  WOW~~ you've had a rough spell, but try to get some rest, & get better quick! Hopefully they will figure out what is going on and get you back to 100%!!! DO go to the ER any time you are that sick- OK?!!! It is the first & most important thing to do to get the help you need- my Dr./PCP tells me this every time I visit him/her. My prayers are with you for better days ahead!! ((((hugs)))) Ellen
