can you help

im tryin but i cant get it i need to add a picture and some background color can you tell me how to do it my profile is pretty boring

I'm awful at telling how but I know if you go to the left side of the screen it says Obesityhelp IN weight loss forums.. theres 6 bullets and you click User Settings and then there should be something in there bout Avatar for the picture thing. As far as the profile is concerned someone else will have to help you through that probally because I'm not really that sure about some of the stuff.

I downloaded a background to my laptop then went to edit profile and uploaded the background to my profile page maybe that will work for your background
