Saturday....

Wow..no morning post??? Well...good morning everyone! I'm fixing to meet a couple of ex co-workers for lunch (mmm...Red Lobster!). We all worked in the lab where I do but they both get positions in other departments out of our buiding (shoot..not even at LTC where I am!). About every 3 months or so we get together for lunch. I haven't seen Edda since around August but Jenny came and saw me in October at St. V's & Seton. It'llbe terrific seeing both of them again. It's terrible, but I had forgotten all about it until a Red Lobster commercial came on last night! I never thought I'd be thankful for a commercial! I asked Bill if he wanted to go but I think the idea of a girl gab-fest just wasn't that appealing to him...LOL! I've been trying to cook up the large pieces of meat in the freezer so that I could package the excess, cooked, for after my surgery so Bill can just take it out, thaw it & nuke it for him/us. I did ham yesterday. I'm doing ribs today. That'll give a choice of those, pork roast, chilli, ham & beans, and turkey & beans. That ought to tie us over until I can cook again, huh? Not to mention...we usually order chinese..and get enough to last 2-3 days! Tomorrow, I gotta get my bag packed for the hospital. At least THIS time, I know to bring a bag with me & I certainly hope & pray that it won't be for 4 weeks again! Well..I better hit the road. After I get home from that, we have to run to Walgreens & Krogers to get all those little things that we don't want to run out of for a week or so. Can't wait to see who-ever can make it at Ryan's tomorrow night!!! Sherri

Good Morning everyone.... It's saturday. Well I broke down yesterday adn joined the Core Gym in Mooresville. Went back last night and walked a mile on the treadmill and 10 minutes on the elyptical.Whew. What a warm up. made me feel good. A tiny bit sore today but not bad at all! I got an awesome rate there. for me and my husband for 1 year is 36.00 a month. Wow (he gets a military discount). I want to get back there today before work. I take my sons ipod adn watch movies. FUN!!! Had 2 girls spend the night with Bella last night. (They are gone, now) That's alot of girls for sure. I am not use to that.Girls are def. more energy than boys. Well I need to get movin' today, lots to do.  I want to go to Ryan's tommorrow night, don't know yet if I can. Talk to you later...Shanna

Hey y'all.. I'm not gonna type much because I am going to try and rest today... I'm getting that bad take my breath away pain round my breast bone and stuff again. Also I've been vomiting everything I've eaten since lunch yesterday. I'm trying to sip on some tea right now but I think I'm gonna tube feed my "breakfast" because I've taken 2 phenergan (I'm down to 12.5s and am allowed to take 2 at a time when I need) and I'm still feeling just as nauseated as I was before taking it. I've got some liquid Carafate from before I got hospitalized before that I'm debating trying to start but I don't even know if it'll stay down. I think I'm gonna try and tough it out for a few days in case I'm just starting with the stomach bug everyones had and if it's not any better I may call and see if they can get me in for a scope. Other than that I'm doing decent though. Nothing new happening.

Good morning, Sherri, and all others. I hope that your day is going well.  It is cold here. It is suppose to get to a high of 4 with wind chills at -20 to -30. I just can't believe that I use to love the cold winter weather. It is different this year. I can't stand it and I am always cold. I can't imagine what it is going to be like when I lose more weight. I will be a popsicle for sure.  Bill and I are going to clean kitchen cabinets today. That is going to be a good way to keep warm. I have a thing about messy kitchen cabinets. I feel that there is place for everything and everything in it's place. Most of the time it isn't like that around here. lol You know that old saying "He who dies with good intentions rarely gets to heaven". I have the best of intentions but I need to do more acting on them. lol I better get going. I will check in once in a while. I hope that you all stay safe and warm today. is everybody stayin warm? we thought our computer was broke and i was already startin to have withdrawls. but it was the charger hotdog im happy. we have someone coming to day to get are rottie/pitt mix her name is Mia we rescued her as a puppy but she is so big and wants to lay on my stomach and my  hubby is worried about that so a nice couple are coming to get her ive cried all night but we cant give her the attention she needs right now. my surgery childrens hosp for my son, my dh doing his military werent here enough. well we are going to look for new appilances i love tax time.... so everyone have a good day and stay warm

BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR  OMG is it COLD!  I was out and about at 8:30 this morning on a job interview...the dang old man wasn't in...so had to go back at 12:30...well I went and rang the bell 3 times...knocked on the door...and I was FREEEEEZING so I went back to the car and just as I sat down..there he was...so much for getting warmed up!  LOL  OH WELL...don't know if I will get the job or not...but would be nice! I had every intention of cleaning out my pantry today and scrubbing floors in the kitchen and bathroom...BUT since I had my morning all screwed up I decided I would just wait and do it in the morning before the games....today is stay in and keep warm...snuggle with Mark heeheehee.... Sherri...prayers are with you tomorrow! Just wiggle your BIG toe and that be me...I will be there with you!  lol When ya need to vent...or yell...just wiggle the BIG toe and YELL at it....I can take it!  LOL Brenda...can you come and do my cabinets????????  LOL Everyone...have a great weekend and stay warm....cuddle with your loved ones...and keep smiling! huggggggggggs, Janene
