The Last Supper....

No, I'm not talking about THAT last supper.  My surgery is Monday...so..Sunday night, care to join us for dinner? We'll be at Ryan's on Shadeland at 5 pm. That would be a good place for me in order to ensure I won't have leftovers hanging out in the fridge while I'm up at St. V's!   If you're planning on coming, put a post in here so we'll know how big of a table to get...k? So far..I think Floyd & Brenda, Dana & Ellen, and Scott plan on joining us.  Hope to see you there too! Last chance to see my big belly! LOL!!!! Sherri

Lizzie, If you're feeling up to it, go ahead and come. Bill was sick for ~2-3 weeks and I never got a sore throat even. I would imagine that they'll have me on an antibiotic IV post-op..they usually do..so it'll combat any bug that may be in the air Sunday night. I just won't kiss anyone like bill didn't kiss me..lol!! Sherri

Misty, I don't know if they will or not. It doesn't hurt for you to try. I only used the 'I've had weight loss surgery' one time  (remember that Dawn?). It was at an oriental buffet. They let me..but since I had already lost so much weight you could tell that they really didn't believe that I had the surgery. lol.  I figure that anywhere I eat is worth the money. It doesn't matter if I eat 4 oz or 40 oz.when I go to a buffet. I pay/paid to be able to eat until I was full. As long as I don't leave there hungry, I got my money's worth! My stomach & taste buds can be so picky at times that I think it's well worth it to pay $8 to have a huge variety of food to choose from rather than pay $12.95 for a meal somewhere else, it arrive at the table, and my stomach or taste buds decide that 'nope, not gonna keep this down'. I don't feel bad at all if I take a bite of food at Ryan's and my tummy decides that it doesn't like it...I just leave it on my plate! See? I pay for the right to waste food too! lol!
