I GOY MY SURGERY DATE

I needed to lose 30 lbs to get my surgery. Went to see the nutrionist and got weighed and got my date Its FEB 20TH i lost it in 3 weeks.... Im so excited i just cant hide (oh sorry cant get that song out of my head). I cry and laughed all the way home ... I have to have a picline so they scheduled it 30 days out and FEB 20TH IS my new birthday. Thank you for your advice how to lose the weight and not get discouraged ... I couldnt wait to tell you all...
