stomach flu

Has anyone experienced the stomach flu after surgery?  If so, what can you take (medicine wise) for it?  What food is best to eat if anything? Thanks!

Id say your best bet is to go back to clear liquids til the nausea/vomiting passes and if you have the runs ask your doc if its okay to take imodium. Mine allows it.
