I'm sorry about your stall. I was told that i wasn't having enough protein when I wasn't going anywhere. Whats helped me is mixing it up a little so its not so blah. I dno't eat cheese and meat together bc its all protein. try to have a protein and starch/fruit/vegs. I drink no sugar added apple juice between meals (along with milk) and also no sugar added juicy juice. my weight loss started to pick up with i was eating more. I'm also getting my walking in too. I try soo hard to write everything down but still is my weak point. I hope any of this helps!! I'm cheering you on girl!!
