i found a oatbran/whole wheat pita at walmart by the deli. It is called Josephs heart friendly pita. you can eat a whole pita, but i usually only eat 1/2 at a time. 1 whole pita has 60cal...1.5 fat....10 carbs...5 fiber...1 sugar....7 gr protein. it is so good with deli turkey, cheese lettuce etc and filling too
