Getting Closer!!!!!

Just wanted to let ya all know I'm down to 5 cigarettes a day instead of a full pack!! I'm starting to tell a difference!! Can't wait to be able to say I'm a quitter!! Won't be long now!! YeeeeHaaaawwww

thats so awesome..................ive never been a smoker but i know my best friend is trying to quit and i see her struggle with smoking like i struggle with weight loss.........SO GOOD JOBBBBBBBB!!!!!!!!

Good going that is great. It shouldn't be to long and they will be gone for good.  I know exactly how you feel, I was not a good quitter lol.  Leave them alone for good when you get rid of them, I have made the mistake and have picked them up here and there since surgery due to to much stress around here, and believe me I think the ulcer is coming back. Dr Diaz will kill me thats for sure.  Keep up the good work
