Calcium

Has anyone tried the chewable calcium wafers from drugstore.com?  If so, how are they?  I am having so much trouble with calcium.  I started out with Citracal Creamy Bites and got to where I couldnt stand them anymore.  So, I got some calcium pills and just been taking small bites off them and swallowing them with water, that is getting old.  So I am trying  these chewable wafers and just wanted to know if anyone had used them and if they were tolerable in taste. My nutritionist actually suggested that I take viactive, but I dumped on them the one time I tried, so I just started spliting my calcium citrate tablets in half, and haven't had trouble with those at all.  I would prefer to take tablets anyway, just because it is easier for me to remember! LOL  I hope you have good luck with the wafers from DS.com.  Let us know what you think about them!

I have never tried them either, but let us know. I am one of those that isn't found of the citracal creamy bites either.  Which i tend to forget to take. So maybe if I had something that tasted great I wouldn't forget lol.

 

Never used the chewable or tabs.  I use the tropical oasis liquid from gnc.  it is 30.00 for a 60 day supply [1200mg] and has an orange flavor. E
