I want a new avitar

OK I know it's been posted before and I even read them but I don't know how to change my avitar. I have a new picture without so many chins and I'd really like to use it. Will someone please (step by step) explain the process to me. I am not a very computer savvy person.

Thanks Gals. I do feel good! Now that I'm back at work today, my old picture is on it again. When I looked from my home computer it was the new picture. I don't get it. Oh well....it's not something to stress over. Have a great day! Jacqui
