FOOD AT CLOTHING EXCHANGE ?
Lorri,
I think the fluffy 'bread' may have been the 'Angel Bites' I brought. The recipe is on Splenda.com (egg whites, splenda, vanilla, salt..beat till fluffy, then bake). I had brought fruit dips for it & the won-ton crisps..but I don't think anyone got that they were to go together. Which is fine because I combined all the fruit dips and am using it for fruit smoothies every day...yummmm!!! Each dip just had thawed out unsweetened frozen fruit, splenda, fat-free cream cheese, and fat-free sour cream.
Brenda made the fruit fluff..and I agree..it was fantastic!!

Heather,
I go to Splenda.com and FoodTV.com quite abit. At FoodTV though, I use splenda in place of sugar in their recipes. BariatricEating.com has some recipes on it but their recipes are pretty much to promote their products such as their own protein or sweetner.
I get most of my recipes from cookbooks. The St. Vincent dietician office had a cookbook for sale ($10 I think) for bariatric post-ops. Honestly, I haven't made a single dish out of it. I have several Splenda cookbooks (Sam's Wholesale) that I have tried several recipes from (and they went over pretty good). I also have some diabetic cooking cookbooks..but be careful with those because many of them contain sugar! I use to get the Eating Light magazines..but again, the recipes in them contained sugar. I always look at the little magazines by the cash register when I check out at stores. I have found some excellent recipes in some of them.
Some people (like myself) post recipes on their profiles here on OH..so you can also check those out.
Where-ever you get your recipes from, just substitute sugar-free, fat/low-fat, and low-carbs when-ever possible and you'll do fine. I really believe that just about any recipe can be 'lightened' up to make it bariatric friendly. Don't forget to go dark whenever possible..wheat pasta, wheat bread, sweet potato instead of white, etc.
Happy cooking!
