Boy is it nice
To have a computer that moves faster then syrup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I haven't been around much because I didn't have a computer that moved at all. I hope everybody is well... and off to a great great start.
I wanted to do some brain storming on exercise... what works for you all and what do you enjoy?
Walk, walk and then walk some more. Get a pedometer and log your steps and try to increase each day until you get to 10,000+ a say then get in some type of anaerobic [weight training] exercise. It doesn't take much weight two liter pop bottles filled with water will work. WalMart has videos for 5 dollars at times that can do training. A exercise ball to do sit-up and push-ups off of is good and cheap to buy.
Once spring is here I have set a goal of if it is 10 miles or less to the store i will ride my bike or walk and I hope to keep that promise.

I started a membership to the local Y.M.C.A. I have been doing 35-45 minutes on the treadmill and so far that is about it. I am waiting to get a form signed my cardiologist that I can start weight training and then I am going to be off a running. My doctor has his patients walk 45 minutes a day 6 days a week. He says to start out doing what you can and then increase it daily even if it is only one step more than you did the day before.
